In our nation, there is a special class of people who decide everything- they are called VOTERS. They decide directly who our political executives will be, i.e. president, governor, mayor and county executive, and they select our lawmakers. Indirectly, they decide our education, economic and foreign policy, who will sit on the Supreme Court and the federal bench, what we pay in taxes, and how that money is allocated. Our elected officials know that they serve at the pleasure of this special group and hence work hard to please them. If you're not one of these people, your views and opinions are at best marginal and at worse useless.
